    This will not require any intervention by you unless your nameservers are NOT hosted by us.

    That is, if you purchased your domain through us, or have set your nameservers to "ns1.vstech.net" and "ns2.vstech.net", you will not be affected.

    Customers with a more advanced DNS setup will have to make the following changes on March 29th:

    • Any A records with "208.82.129."
    • Replace with "45.56.98.242"

  • At around 10PM EST we experienced a service interruption with our upstream connectivity provider, Level3. This caused local ISPs such as Comcast and others to lose connectivity to our datacenter. A small number of customers were affected during this interruption.

    The issue has been resolved and connectivity is back to normal.
